Jimmy Whitt, a highly touted point guard from Columbia, Mo., announced on Twitter Tuesday that he has committed to Arkansas.
Whitt is the 52nd ranked player in the class of 2015, according to the recruiting website Rivals.com.

Whitt, who is 6-foot-2, 165 pounds, is the first player in the class of 2015 to commit to Arkansas.
The Razorbacks went 22-12 and missed the NCAA tournament last season.
