Baylor on Monday received a commitment from three-star shooting guard Jake Lindsey, according to Jerry Meyer of 247sports.com.
Lindsey -- the son of Utah Jazz general manager Dennis Lindsey, who also played for the Bears -- chose the school over offers from Utah and St Mary's. According to Yahoo!, the guard from the 2015 recruiting class also had offers from Columbia and Harvard, among others.
It's not clear whether he will be a walk-on or receive a scholarship. In his junior year in Salt Lake City, he averaged 18.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.7 steals.
