Big Ten Week 1 Schedule

Since 2005, only three schools have won the Big Ten: Ohio State, Michigan State and Wisconsin. The Spartans' 2013 conference title ended a streak of three consecutive years in which Wisconsin won the Big Ten. Michigan State will kick off its 2014 campaign on Friday night against Jacksonville State.

Saturday games of note include Northwestern-Cal and Michigan-Appalachian State, but the conference's headline opening week matchup is Wisconsin vs. LSU in Houston.

Ohio State, which lost last year's Big Ten title game to Michigan State, opens its season at Navy.
