Sun Devils hit the road for 1st time against Lobos

Arizona State got through its first game of the season with relative ease.

The second one figures to be a more difficult challenge.

After beating up on Weber State last week, the 17th-ranked Sun Devils will play their first road game against New Mexico on Saturday.

New Mexico runs the triple option out of the shotgun, which can be difficult for teams to prepare for and has helped the Lobos become one of the nation's best rushing teams in three seasons under coach Bob Davie.

Even if the Sun Devils struggle a little with New Mexico's triple option, they shouldn't have much trouble moving the ball against New Mexico's defense, which was 119th in the FBS last season.
