Three-star athlete Daiquan Kelly, who was played on both sides of the ball at Union City (N.J.) High, announced on Twitter on Sunday that he has flipped his verbal commitment from Syracuse to Penn State.

Kelly also drew scholarship offers from Michigan State, Virginia and Rutgers, among other programs. He's the No. 32 athlete in the class of 2015 according to Rivals.

Kelly becomes the 20th player in the class of 2015 to verbally commit to the Nittany Lions. Penn State's 2015 recruiting class is ranked No. 7 in the country by Rivals.

Last week the NCAA announced it is lifting sanctions imposed against Penn State as punishment for the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal. The governing body restored the Nittany Lions' postseason eligibility immediately and said they could return to the standard 85 scholarships in 2015.
