Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher said Wednesday that quarterback Jameis Winston's alleged shouting of an obscene phrase on campus was "not a good decision" and is something that "has to be addressed."

According to multiple people on Twitter, Winston stood on a table and shouted a phrase that includes profanity and is sexual in nature. Deadspin first reported on the incident. (Some readers may find the phrase offensive.)

Fisher was asked about potential punishment for Winston.

Winston was accused of raping an FSU student in December 2012 but was not charged. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner was suspended from the Florida State baseball team after he was cited in April for stealing crab legs from a Publix supermarket.

Joking aside, Jameis Winston's shoplifting raises legitimate concerns
