Rutgers running back Paul James was removed in the second quarter of Saturday's game against Navy with an apparent right knee injury.

James was helped off the field after absorbing a hit at the end of a 13-yard run.

The junior leads the Scarlet Knights with 56 carries, 257 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns this season.
