Kentucky football reinstates four suspended freshmen
University of Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops announced on Monday that four freshmen suspended for the past week will be reinstated, Kyle Tucker of theLouisville Courier-Journalreported.
The four players — receiver Dorian Baker, tailback Stanley "Boom" Williams, quarterback Drew Barker and defensive end Tymere Dubose — were suspended for their involvement in a pellet-gun incident on Sept. 28 that caused a campus lockdown.
Though Barker and Dubose are still expected to redshirt this season, Stoops said all four will re-join team activities this week.
"They'll be back in the fold this week," Stoops said. "They'll be back in practice and they'll play this week."

Williams led the Wildcats in all-purpose yards through four games this year, with 99 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries and 76 yards and one touchdown on five receptions.
Kentucky is 4-1 on the season after a victory over conference rival South Carolina. The Wildcats are now tied with the Georgia Bulldogs and Florida Gators for second place in the SEC East with a 2-1 conference record. They host the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks next week.
