Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill suspended two games
Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill faces a two-game suspension for violating team rules and athletic department policies, the school announced Saturday.
With Hill out, true freshman Kyle Allen is expected to start Saturday's game against Louisiana Monroe. A report Friday said Allen had overtaken Hill as the team's starting quarterback.
Hill started the Aggies' first eight games. The sophomore threw for a program-record 511 yards and three touchdowns in a season-opening win over South Carolina and has recorded 2,649 passing yards and 23 touchdowns against eight interceptions this season

In losses to Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Alabama over his last three starts, however, Hill has thrown six touchdowns and six interceptions as his passing yards per game average dipped considerably.
Hill's replacement, Allen, was rated the No. 1 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2014 by the recruiting website Rivals.com. He has passed for 264 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions over four games this season in relief of Hill.
After hosting ULM on Saturday, the Aggies (5-3, 2-3 SEC) face a road game at Auburn and home meetings with Missouri and LSU to close out the regular season.
