Report: Jameis Winston disciplinary hearing set for week of Nov. 17
The disciplinary hearing for Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston concerning a sexual assault allegation made by a female student has been set for the week of Nov. 17, the lawyer for the woman who made the allegation told USA Today.
The hearing will determine whether Winston violated the school's student conduct code.
Winston was accused of sexual assault in December 2012. No charges were filed, but in November 2013, the state's attorney announced that it was opening an investigation into the accusation. The investigation was completed a month later, and no charges were filed.

Authorities have been criticized for being slow to act in investigating the woman's claim, and it was reported in October that university administrators and Tallahassee police took steps to "hide and then hinder" an investigation.
The university has launched a Title IX investigation into the alleged sexual assault in addition to the aforementioned disciplinary hearing.
Former Florida Supreme Court chief justice Major Harding was recently chosen as the hearing officer.
Last month, it was reported that Winston is not considering dropping out of Florida State because of the hearing, but does plan on entering the 2015 NFL draft.
Winston and the No. 2 Seminoles (8-0) host Virginia on Saturday.
