Belton broke through the line of scrimmage and outran the Hoosiers' defense to tie the game 7-7.

Belton's run is Penn State's longest scoring play from scrimmage since 1919.
The senior rushed for 91 total yards over three previous games against Michigan, Ohio State and Maryland.
