LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) Kentucky has signed guards Isaiah Briscoe and Charles Matthews and center Skal Labissiere to national letters of intent.

Two scouting sites have rated the 6-foot-3 Briscoe as the nation's ninth-best overall player of the 2015 class, while two others rank him in the top 20. The Newark, New Jersey, native averaged 22.1 points, 4.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game as a junior at Roselle Catholic High School and helped Team USA win the gold medal at this year's FIBA Americas U18 Championships.

Two scouting sites have rated the 6-11 Labissiere, a Memphis resident from Haiti, as the nation's top center and among the top four players overall.

Matthews, a 6-5 shooting guard from Chicago, is rated among the top 20 at his position by several sites.
