New Hampshire coasts past Delaware 43-14

DURHAM, N.H. (AP) Sean Goldrich threw four touchdown passes, three into the hands of Harold Spears, and New Hampshire clocked its ninth-straight win with a 43-14 victory over Delaware on Saturday afternoon.

Goldrich was 24 of 33 for 285 yards to lead the Wildcats (9-1, 7-0 Colonial Athletic Association). Spears set a career-high with three touchdown receptions, and finished with eight catches for 108 yards.

After jumping out to a 17-0 lead, New Hampshire let the Fightin' Blue Hens within nine, 23-14, after Wes Hills ran in for his second touchdown with 9:02 left in the third.

Goldrich responded on the ensuing possession by driving 46 yards in three plays, and finished it with a 19-yard TD pass to Spears to stretch the lead.

The Wildcats forced four turnovers, including three fumbles and one interception.

Hills had 115 yards on 13 carries and both touchdowns for the Fightin' Blue (6-5, 4-3).
