ATLANTA (AP) Quarterback Deshaun Watson did not return for No. 18 Clemson in the Tigers' 28-6 loss to No. 24 Georgia Tech after suffering an apparent left knee injury.

Watson returned as a starter after missing three games with a broken bone in his right hand. He was hurt when making a cut late in the first quarter of Saturday's game. Watson ran for 7 yards and a first down before falling to the ground and grabbing his left knee.

Watson, a freshman, walked off the field and was escorted to the locker room.

Cole Stoudt replaced Watson and had a pass intercepted on his third play by Jamal Golden and returned 85 yards for a touchdown. Stoudt threw three interceptions, including two returned for touchdowns.
