Louisville has won three consecutive Governor's Cup games, but Kentucky won the four previous meetings.
The Cardinals are 8-3 (5-3 ACC) this season, while Kentucky is 5-6 (2-6 SEC) and needs one win to clinch bowl eligibility for the first time since 2010.
