San Diego State guard Aqeel Quinn has undergone surgery to repair a broken hand, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The injury apparently occurred in the Aztecs' loss to Arizona last Wednesday, in which Quinn played 20 minutes and scored four points. San Diego State hasn't had a game since.

According to the Union-Tribune, no timetable has been given for Quinn's return but his injury typically keeps players out at least one month.

Quinn posted the following to Instagram on Monday:

While Quinn is now sidelined for the foreseeable future, sophomore guard Matt Shrigley is practicing with the team after missing the first six games of the season with a broken arm, according to the Union-Tribune. Shrigley could return for the Aztecs' game Thursday against San Diego.
