PHILADELPHIA (AP) Garret Kerr scored 27 points, including the game winning 3-pointer with two seconds left, to lead the Philadelphia University of The Sciences to a 54-52 win against Drexel on Thursday night.

After a Damion Lee layup gave Drexel a 52-51 lead, Kerr took a pass from T-John Casiello and drilled the game winner. Drexel would have one final possession after a timeout, but could not get a shot off.

Kerr also tied a team high with 10 rebounds in the game and dished out four assists. Sho Da-Silva added 15 points for the Devils off the bench.

Lee led the Dragons with 17 points. Rodney Williams added 14 points and team leading 10 rebounds for Drexel (2-5), who was plagued by poor shooting much of the night, hitting just 35 percent from the field and 20 percent from 3-point range.
