Virginia climbs into Top 5, Kentucky still No. 1 in new AP poll

In the latest AP poll released on Monday, Kentucky, Duke and Arizona remain the top three, respectively, and Virginia entered the Top 5. 

The Wildcats continue to be the unanimous No. 1 after a week that saw them dominateUCLA 83-44. Louisville retained its No. 4 ranking, and the Cavaliers overtook Wisconsin, who is now No. 6.

Virginia beat Harvard 76-27 on Sunday, holding the Crimson to 1-of-20 shooting in the first half. 

The rest of the Top 10 remained unchanged, with Villanova, Gonzaga, Texas and Kansas rounding it out. 

Baylor, UNI, Colorado State and TCU all entered the poll this week, while Miami, San Diego State, Butler and Michigan State all dropped out after losses.

Ohio State dropped from No. 12 to No. 21 after losing to North Carolina, and Notre Dame moved up from No. 21 to No. 16.
