Oregon unveiled the helmets the Ducks will wear in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.

Oregon will wear green matte helmets with green facemasks for the Rose Bowl Game on New Year's Day, the Ducks revealed Friday.

No. 2 Oregon will face No. 3 Florida State, with the winner advancing to the inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship to play the winner of No. 1 Alabama and No. 4 Ohio State Jan. 12 in Arlington, Texas.

The Ducks will go all-green with their Rose Bowl uniforms, which Nike unveiled earlier this week.

Oregon went 12-1 this season to win the Pac-12 and earn its Playoff spot. Quarterback Marcus Mariota won the Heisman Trophy earlier this month, beating out Wisconsin running back Melvin Gordon and Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper.
