San Francisco rallies to a 77-71 win over Pacific

STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) Mark Tollefsen scored a career-high 24 points as San Francisco rallied in the second half to beat Pacific 77-71 on Saturday night in a West Coast Conference opener.

Tollefsen did it with 10-of-17 shooting from the field for the Dons (7-6). Kruize Pinkins added 16 points and Devin Watson chipped in 14.

A 3-pointer by David Taylor put Pacific on top 15-13 with 9:55 left in the first period. The Tigers opened it up to 37-32 at the break.

In the second, the Dons battled back to lead 66-63 with 2:48 left with the help of a pair of 3s by Tollefsen and another by Matt Glover. Pacific's Dulani Robinson hit a 3-pointer with 54 seconds left to pull within 70-66. But San Francisco scored the next five points on Tollefsen's dunk and Pinkins' three-point play.

T.J. Wallace led the Tigers (8-5) with 26 points. Eric Thompson added 17.
