Oklahoma junior Charles Tapper announced on Twitter he plans on returning to school for his senior season.

Tapper, 6-foot-5, 280-pound defensive end from Baltimore, has until Jan. 15 to enter the 2015 NFL Draft if he wants to change his mind.

"Thanks Sooner nation for these great years! I'm sorry this one did not end like we wanted,” Tapper said on his Twitter account. “Some people have been wondering if I will stay or go. But after a hard thought out decision I will be back in Norman, Oklahoma for my senior year to win a national championship!”
