BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) Willie Rodriguez scored 19 points and Binghamton had little trouble dispatching Maine 65-46 on Saturday.

Romello Walker had 18 points and eight rebounds and Justin McFadden added 16 points and five assists while the Bearcats outrebounded the Black Bears 41-27. Binghamton had 13 steals and generated 19 points off turnovers.

Maine (1-14, 0-3 America East) led 17-8 midway through the first after Troy Reid-Knight nailed a 3-pointer and Zarko Valjarevic's hit a jumper. But Binghamton (2-16, 1-2) responded, using an 8-0 run just before half to trail by just one, 30-29, at intermission.

From there, it was pretty much all Binghamton. Walker's layup a minute into the second gave the Bearcats the lead, and after they ran off 11 straight points midway through the half they cruised to the win.

Till Gloger paced Maine with 16 points and eight rebounds while Valjarevic finished with 10 points.
