HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) Chad Jackson scored a season-high 19 points, on 8-of-12 shooting, and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Northern Kentucky to a 76-72 win over Kennesaw State on Wednesday night.

Jalen Billups matched his season high with 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds and Jordan Jackson had 10 points, three steals and three blocked shots for Northern Kentucky (7-10, 1-1 Atlantic Sun), which snapped a four-game losing streak.

A three-point play by Billups and after Yonel Brown made 1 of 2 free throws on the other end, a layup by Chad Jackson made it 73-64 with 2:12 remaining.

Two free throws by Brown and a 3-pointer by Love pulled the Owls to 73-69 with 55 seconds to go, but they would get no closer.

Damien Wilson scored 22 and Brown finished with 20 for Kennesaw State (5-13, 0-2).
