Wisconsin commits 1 turnover in win over Iowa

Wisconsin defeated Iowa 82-50 Tuesday night in Madison, Wis., and committed just one turnover in the process.

The box score initially read zero turnovers for the Badgers before an airball was changed to a shot-clock violation.

Wisconsin finished with 16 assists to the one turnover in 54 possessions, and shot 49.2 percent from the field and 40.9 percent from three-point range. Sam Dekker led all players with 17 points, Nigel Hayes added 16 and Frank Kaminsky and Bronson Koenig added 13.

Kaminsky, Wisconsin's center, led all players with six assists. He also pulled down 11 rebounds for a double-double.

The win moved the Badgers (17-2) into a tie with Maryland for first place in the Big Ten. Both teams are 5-1 in conference play.
