Everyone scores as Oral Roberts defeats NAIA Tabor 94-53

TULSA, Okla. (AP) Denell Henderson threw down a dunk 12 seconds into the game and Oral Roberts thundered off to a 16-0 lead on the way to its 94-53 defeat of NAIA foe Tabor College on Tuesday night.

Obi Emegano hit 10 of 14 shots to lead the Golden Eagles with 22 points. Korey Billbury added 14 points with four steals and four assists. Henderson and Albert Owens added 10 points each. All 11 players scored.

The Golden Eagles (11-10), taking a break from Summit League play, led 43-24 at the half and were never threatened. Oral Roberts forced Tabor into 24 turnovers and 23 fouls, racking up 21 assists and a 50-34 edge in rebounding.

Malik Brooks, 12 points, was the lone Bluejays player to reach double figures. Tabor (11-11) fielded 15 players in the inaugural meeting with Oral Roberts.
