Four-star quarterback Kyler Murray remains committed to Texas A&M
Kyler Murray, who is one of nation highest ranked dual threat quarterbacks, says he will stay committed to Texas A&M after taking an unofficial visit to Texas.
Murray, who is listed at 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds, plans on signing his letter of intent with the Aggies next Wednesday. Murray was visited at home by Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin and offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Jake Spavital on Thursday before he make his final decision.
"Texas A&M is where my heart is at," Murray said, according to ESPN.com. "Coach [Charlie] Strong and Texas is a great opportunity, but I felt that A&M was the place for me. Not because of my dad having played there, but just the right place for me."

He said the meeting with Sumlin and Spavital went well and that they answered his questions he had about the program.
Murray, the Gatorade National Player of the Year, never lost during his career at Allen High School in Texas, leading the team to three straight state title.
Murray passed for 3,971 yards with 45 touchdowns and seven interceptions during his senior season and finished his career with 10,388 passing yards, 117 touchdowns and 4,093 rushing yards rushing and another 69 scores.
