CHENEY, Wash. (AP) Drew Brandon capped a furious rally with a buzzer-beating layup to force overtime and finished a rebound shy of a triple-double on Saturday as Eastern Washington shocked Idaho 98-95.

Freshman Bogdan Bliznyuk had his second double-double for the Eagles (16-5, 7-1 Big Sky) with 21 points and a career-high 15 rebounds to help offset a season-low 13 points for Tyler Harvey, the nation's leading scorer.

Mike Scott had 23 points to lead the Vandals (8-11, 3-5), who went 5 of 10 from the foul line to see an 11-point lead evaporate in the final 1:33.

Down the stretch Bliznyuk and Ognjen Miljokovic had three-point plays and Felix Von Hofe and Miljkovic hit 3-pointers.

Brandon, who had 18 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds, calmly went the length of the floor in less than seven seconds to hit a tough right-handed layup on the left side of the basket at the buzzer.

Venky Jois and Bliznyuk had layups in the final minute of overtime for Eastern Washington, while Scott missed two free throws with 42 seconds left and a contested 3 at the buzzer.

Harvey, who was averaging 24.1 points a game and 4.4 3s, both tops in the nation, suffered a bruised quadriceps in the first half but left the game for good with 7:31 remaining in regulation. He was 3 of 10 from 3-point range, well below his 48.6 percent average behind the arc, which is fifth nationally.
