Five-star DE CeCe Jefferson has not faxed in NLI to Florida

Five-star defensive end CeCe Jefferson has yet to fax in his National Letter of Intent to Florida, according to multiple reports.
On National Signing Day, Jefferson announced on ESPNU that he had chosen Florida over Ole Miss, Auburn and Alabama. A day later, on Thursday, Jefferson has yet to formally join the Gators.
Jefferson's father, Leo, explained to Rivals.com why Jefferson hasn't faxed in his NLI.
Leo said CeCe himself is not ready to sign it. "He told me that yesterday after his announcement," Leo said, adding he would have been glad to sign and fax the letter to Florida if that's what his son wanted.
The holdup, Leo said, is because Gators defensive line coach Terrell Williams is reportedly leaving after just one month to accept the same position on the Miami Dolphins staff. Williams will reportedly be replaced by
Texas
defensive line coach Chris Rumph.
Leo added that "if CeCe wants to go to Florida, we are on board," according to Rivals.com.
On Thursday, Jefferson posted messages to his Twitter account explaining why he hasn't faxed in the NLI.
I haven't sent in my LOI because someone told me a few days before NSD that williams was leaving, why send it in without being sure ?
