Ohio survives furious rally to defeat Eastern Michigan 76-73

ATHENS, Ohio (AP) Javarez Willis scored 22 points including six 3-pointers and Maurice Ndour added 16 points and four blocked shots as Ohio survived a frenetic Raven Lee outburst and avenged an earlier loss to Eastern Michigan 76-73 Saturday.

The sophomore Lee scored 24 of Eastern Michigan's 28 points in the last 9:34 as the Eagles (14-9, 3-7 Mid-American) rallied from 11 points down to make it a two-point game in the final minute.

But Lee, who finished with a season-high 33 points, missed a potential tying 3-pointer at the horn when the shot went wide.

He scored 24 of the Eagles' 25 points before Tim Bond made a 3-pointer with 45 seconds left, pulling Eastern Michigan to 75-73. Stevie Taylor made 3 of 4 foul shots inside the final minute for Ohio (9-12, 4-6), which was embarrassed 76-40 by the Eagles Jan. 27.

Antonio Campbell added 11 points and 12 rebounds for Ohio.
