Carlino is day-to-day after suffering a concussion in the second half of Wednesday's loss to Villanova.
Over 22 games this season, Carlino is averaging a team-high 14.5 points, 3.5 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game.
Carlino transferred to Marquette after playing his previous three seasons at BYU.
The Golden Eagles have dropped six consecutive games to fall to 10-12 (2-8 Big East).
