Texas Longhorns forward Jonathan Holmes will miss Saturday's game against Kansas State due to a concussion, the team announced on Friday.

Holmes did not travel with the team to Manhattan, Kansas, for the game. It will be the first missed game of the season for the senior, who is averaging 11.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.

Point guard Javan Felix, who sustained a concussion last Saturday against Baylor, did travel with the team, but his status for the game against the Wildcats remains in question. He continues to be evaluated and his availability will be determined on Saturday.
