After being dismissed from the Louisville basketball team on Sunday, Chris Jones will receive anger management treatment, Jeff Greer of The Courier-Journal reports.

Greer reports Jones will work with former NBA player John Lucas in Houston. Lucas, who battled a drug addiction during his playing days, has helped numerous players with substance abuse and anger problems. According to Greer, Chane Behanan worked with Lucas after being kicked off Louisville's team last season.

Jones was suspended for last week's game against Syracuse and reinstated for Saturday's game against Miami. Louisville senior associate athletic director Kenny Klein announced on Sunday that Jones had been dismissed from the program.

Jones, a senior, was in his second season at Louisville after beginning his career at Northwest Florida State. He averaged 13.7 points and a team-high 3.6 assists this season for Louisville.

The Cardinals are 21-6 on the season and 9-5 in ACC play. They play at Georgia Tech on Monday.
