MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) Connor Hill sank five 3-pointers and finished with 21 points to help Idaho slip past Montana State with an 80-73 win Saturday.

Mike Scott contributed 14 points, Arkadiy Mkrtychyan added 11 and Sekou Wiggs had 10 for Idaho (13-14, 8-8 Big Sky), which shot 45.6 percent from the field on 57 attempts to win its second straight and pick up the season sweep. Hill went 5 of 13 from long range, pulling to within four of breaking the program's single-season record (99) for 3-pointers made.

The margin never reached double figures, but Idaho took the lead for good with Perrion Callandret's 3-pointer that made it 55-53 with 11:59 left. The bucket sparked a 7-1 burst and the Vandals hung on the rest of the way.

Marcus Colbert led Montana State (7-21, 4-13) with 26 points, Michael Dison added 16 and Danny Robison had 10.
