Robert Morris edges St. Francis (Pa.) 71-70 in OT

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (AP) Rodney Pryor scored 22 points as Robert Morris edged St. Francis (Pa.) 71-70 in overtime on Saturday.

Lucky Jones added 20 points for the Colonials (16-14, 12-6 Northeast Conference) and Aaron Tate had nine.

After trailing at halftime, Robert Morris went ahead 48-47 on a Pryor 3-pointer with 9:23 to play. Pryor sank another 3 with 1:30 remaining in regulation to break a 54-54 tie and give the Colonials a 57-54 edge but Ollie Jackson answered for St. Francis with his own trey to tie it up again and send the game into overtime.

St. Francis went 10-2 to start in overtime to lead 67-59 with 2:34 left. Marcquise Reed sank two from the line to put the Colonials back up 68-67 with 37 seconds to go and they held on for the win.

Earl Brown scored 30 points for the Red Flash (15-14, 9-9).
