Cincinnati's Troy Caupain ties Purdue with buzzer-beating layup

Cincinnati guard Troy Caupain sent the Bearcats into overtime against Purdue in their second-round NCAA tournament game with a buzzer-beater layup.

Cincinnati guard Troy Caupain sent the Bearcats into overtime against Purdue in their second-round NCAA tournament game with a buzzer-beater layup. 

Cincinnati was down two points as time winded down in the second half. As the end of regulation approached, Caupain drove toward the basket and converted a layup. The ball rolled around the rim momentarily before falling through the basket.

The Bearcats prevailed in overtime, 66-65.
