The five-star recruit is ranked as 2015's No. 4 overall high school basketball prospect in the country by Scout, and the seventh-best recruit in the country by ESPN.com's recruiting rankings.

Stone will join a Maryland recruiting class that features point guard Jaylen Brantley, a junior college transfer.

Last year, Turgeon made waves by landing star point guard Melo Trimble, one of the country's top shooting guards in the 2014 recruiting class.
