Wisconsin forward Sam Dekker was the most mentioned March Madness player on Twitter during the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games, according to data provided by Twitter. 

Dekker scored 23 points against UNC and 27 against Arizona to help the Badgers reach the Final Four. 

West Virginia's Daxter Miles Jr. was the next most mentioned player. Miles made headlines after he guaranteed that the Mountaineers would beat undefeated Kentucky in the Sweet 16. West Virginia went on to lose 78-39.

Kentucky, Duke, Wisconsin and Michigan State were the most talked about teams, respectively. All four teams made the Final Four, which will be held on Saturday.

The most tweeted about moment from the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight games was the end of the Wildcats' 68-66 win over Notre Dame in the Elite Eight.
