Wichita State guards Fred Van Vleet and Ron Baker will return to school for their senior seasons.

Over the last three seasons, the backcourt duo has helped the Shockers win 95 games, post a 47-7 record in conference play and earn three NCAA tournament berths.

As a No. 9 seed in 2013, the Shockers reached the Final Four. The next year, Wichita State earned a No. 1 seed and was upset by eventual national finalist Kentucky in the round of 32. 

This season, the No. 7 seed Shockers knocked off No. 10 seed Indiana and No. 2 seed Kansas en route to an appearance in the Sweet 16, where they fell to No. 3 seed Notre Dame.

Baker averaged 14.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists while shooting 43.3 percent from the field and 38.3 percent from three-point range, while VanVleet averaged 13.6 points, 5.2 assists and 4.5 rebounds while shooting 43.0 percent from the field and 35.7 percent from three-point range.

Both players were named to the All-Missouri Valley first-team.

Baker is ranked 47th on the scouting website DraftExpress's list of top 100 prospects, while VanVleet is ranked 83rd.
