Three-star wide receiver Tren’Davian Dickson committed to Texas on Tuesday, he announced on Twitter.

A native of Navasota, Texas, Dickson also held offers from schools such as Alabama, Baylor, LSU, Michigan State, Oklahoma and Texas A&M

Dickson is ranked as the No. 46 player in the state of Texas from the 2016 class on Rivals.com.

The 6'0" Dickson is the seventh player to commit to the Longhorns and coach Charlie Strong in the 2016 class and the third wide receiver. Texas now has three four-star recruits and four three-star recruits in its recruiting class.

The Longhorns finished 6–7 last season in Strong's first season, culminating in a loss to Arkansas in the Texas Bowl.
