The Air Force Falcons unveiled their new Nike Pro Combat "Mach Speed" uniforms on Monday, featuring lots of new on-field technology.

Air Force will debut the new threads on September 6 in its season-opener against Morgan State. The uniforms feature optimized thermoregulation with three different woven mesh fabrics specific to certain body areas on both the jersey and the pants. Air Force's classic blue, white and grey look remains. The school has adopted a new official font, displayed across the chest of the jersey.

“Drawing inspiration from some of the fastest athletes in the world, Nike has applied research and design across multiple sports to create one of the fastest uniforms on the field,” Nike's release says.

Air Force opens the 2015 season at home against Morgan State on Sept. 5.
