College Football Podcast: Breaking down off-season winners and losers

The SI College Football Podcast debuts with a discussion of which teams and coaches won or lost the off-season.

We're pleased to launch the SI College Football Podcast, hosted by Zac Ellis. The podcast will run weekly on Wednesdays and break down the biggest topics with SI's college football writers and other personalities from around the world of college football.

In the debut episode, Zac is joined by SI's Andy Staples to discuss who won and lost this off-season. Zac and Andy analyze:

Is it a problem that Ohio State doesn't know who its starting quarterback is? Who should start for the Buckeyes?

Everett Golson ready for his next act at Florida State; Punt, Pass & Pork

• What's the impact for Florida State if Dalvin Cook misses time this season following his arrest for allegedly hitting a woman outside of a bar? And is Everett Golson the clear starter at quarterback for the Seminoles or could Sean Maguire beat him out for the job?

SI Recommends

• Has Steve Spurrier done enough to combat the speculation that he could retire soon? If South Carolina suffers another down year, does he have another program rebuild in him?

• What's really driving Jim Harbaugh's constant social media buzz? How will he fare in his first season at Michigan?

• Despite getting fired from Florida, has this been a positive off-season for Will Muschamp? How quickly can he turn around Auburn's defense?

You can listen to the podcast below, and it will be available on iTunes soon. If you have a topic or question you'd like the podcast to address, please tweet it to Zac or the SI College Football account.
