Four-star defensive lineman Nyles Pinckney committed to Clemson on Friday.

Four-star defensive lineman Nyles Pinckney announced his verbal commitment to Clemson on Friday.
A native of Seabrook, S.C., Pinckney had other scholarship offers from Alabama, Duke, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Florida, Florida State, Miami, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Pinckney is listed as the No. 129 overall recruit by Rivals.com in the Class of 2016.
As a junior last season at Whale Branch High School, Pinckney had 98 tackles with 27 for a loss, nine sacks, three blocked field goals, 10 forced fumbles and eight fumble recoveries.
Pinckney is the 11th commitment in the Tigers' 2016 class. He will enroll at Clemson in January.
