Boise State names Ryan Finley starting quarterback

Boise State has named Ryan Finley it's starting quarterback.

The Boise State Broncos named Ryan Finley starting quarterback for the 2015 season Sunday. 

Finley will be entering his redshirt sophomore season. 

Finley appeared in five games for the 12–2 Broncos last season. He completed 12 of 27 passes for 161 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. In Boise State's spring scrimmage, Finley completed 13 of 25 passes for 196 yards. 

Finley committed to the Broncos in 2012 over interest from schools such as Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA and Oregon. He kept his commitment after the departure of former Boise State coach Chris Petersen.
