Oklahoma State vs. Central Michigan: Game time, live stream, TV coverage
After a 7-6 finish, its worst since 2007, Oklahoma State will look to bounce back behind quarterback Mason Rudolph, who was forced to burn his redshirt last season but returns with big-game experience and nearly all of his main targets around him. There are question marks at running back, but a deep, experienced defense should keep the Cowboys in games and help return them to Big 12 prominence. At present they sit outside the Top 25, but the opportunity for conference success and beyond awaits.
Central Michigan also finished 7-6 last season in the MAC in an up-and-down campaign. Quarterback Cooper Rush, who threw seven touchdowns (an FBS bowl record) in last year's Bahamas Bowl, returns, but the majority of positions are up for grabs. If the Chippewas can sort out the depth chart and a fairly experienced defense takes a step forward, another bowl appearance is within reach.
