Campus Clicks: Indiana's Slip 'N Slide, new era at SMU, Scooby Wright

Welcome to Campus Clicks, a daily feature on Campus Rush. Every weekday we'll bring you links, pictures and videos from across the web. This will be very much like SI.com's popular Hot Clicks, only tailored to the college audience.

Return to Happiness

A few college football coaches have come under fire over the last few weeks, but let's not forget that the majority of coaches are pretty rad dudes. Holy Cross assistants Alex "The Marblehead Magician" Bresner and Steve "The Great Cullini" Cully went full WWE after a practice this week. BYU offensive coordinator Robert Anae somehow has found free time in one of the world's busiest professions to master the art of flaming baton twirling.

And, while USC continues to navigate a tumultuous stretch given the Steve Sarkisian situation from last weekend, let's bring some happiness back to L.A. with this inspirational story on blind long snapper Jake Olson, who is seeking NCAA clearance to play.

Best Practice Ever

Indiana finished practice with a giant Slip 'N Slide. If this doesn't lure blue-chip prospects, I don't know what will.

Pony Express

SMU football has been defined by one infamous moment for nearly three decades. The college football world was left in shock after the impermissible benefits scandal resulted in the death penalty ruling in 1987. The program has moved on from the incident, but has yet to see the same type of success it built 30 years ago. Here's a great story on the Mustangs as they enter yet another new era under a first-year head coach.

Buckeye for Life

Ten-year-old Ivan Applin from Toledo might be the biggest Ohio State fan of all-time. As the youngster prepared for heart surgery, he checked with doctors that he'd still be a Buckeye when he emerged from the operating room.

Flattering?

Most folks have seen the insane workout videos from DeVonte Wilson, a supposed Kansas football player.

The videos might be unreal, but Wilson is not a football player for the Jayhawks. He is a student at the school who is not on the roster. However, his comments make it seem he'd answer the phone if coach David Beaty came calling.

Scooby Perfect

Arizona linebacker Scooby Wright has gone from unknown two-star recruit to the most dominant defender in college football. Check out this fantastic piece from SI's Brian Hamilton about Wright's relentless drive and motor.

A Bit Much, No?

Wisconsin, Please

It is nowhere near hoops season, but the below tweet poses an intriguing question. We would just want to see Bo Ryan's reaction if a Starbucks barista botched his order.

Johnny Anniversary

It was almost three years ago that redshirt freshman Johnny Manziel was named Texas A&M's starting quarterback, and not one person could've predicted what would ensue over the next three months (or three years).

Keep 'Em Coming

Another day, another college football hype video. We couldn't be happier.
