LSU head coach Les Miles believes that all 14 teams in the SEC should be ranked in the top 25, according to a report by Bleacher Report's Barrett Sallee.

“I think the SEC should have 25 teams in the top 25,” Miles said.

While Miles's statement is impossible, his inference is that each team in the league is worthy of an AP ranking.

The comment comes on the heels of Tuesday's release of the latest AP poll, which revealed a record 10 SEC teams ranked.

Miles's Tigers currently sit at No. 14 in the poll, after LSU's season opener against McNeese State was canceled due to lightning that forced the teams off the field with 10:08 remaining in the first quarter. The lightning continued throughout a four-hour delay, causing officials to call the game.
