Florida State RB Dalvin Cook could not be stopped Saturday vs. USF

Florida State’s Dalvin Cook went off against USF on Saturday.

Florida State running back Dalvin Cook had a monster day against South Florida Saturday, rushing 30 times for 266 yards and three touchdowns en route to a 34–14 win.

Cook’s 266 yards in one game are the second most in school history.

The sophomore started things off in the opening quarter, breaking off a 74-yard touchdown run.

Then, he went for a touchdown from just under 25 yards out for his second score of the day.

Finally, late in the contest, he gained 50 yards on this run.

Florida State improved to 2–0 with the win, and will travel to face Boston College on Sept. 18.
