Texas A&M opened the new and improved Kyle Field last Saturday with a 56–23 win over Ball State, extending its nonconference winning streak to 18 games.
Quarterback Kyle Allen threw for 126 yards and three touchdowns in just one half of work. Tra Carson rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown in the first half for No. 17 Texas A&M, before being replaced by Kwame Etwi, who had 12 carries for 116 yards.
The 2–0 Aggies will welcome the Nevada Wolf Pack to College Station this Saturday. Nevada fell to No. 22 Arizona in Week 2, as the team incurred nine penalties for 105 total yards against the Wildcats.
Wolf Pack quarterback Tyler Stewart was 18-for-32 for 159 yards, two touchdowns and one interception against Arizona.
