Eastern Kentucky has moved its home football game against Tennessee Tech to a new location after a threat was discovered on a campus bathroom wall.

The university canceled classes Wednesday morning and will shut down Thursday and Friday while law enforcement investigates the threat. The campus has been on safety alert since Monday morning after a message reading “KILL ALL BY 10/8/15 THIS BU OOP” was found written on the wall of a bathroom in the school’s student center.

The exact meaning of the threat is being investigated by police. The date, Oct. 8, is the date of EKU's game with Tennessee Tech, which will move to nearby Georgetown College, roughly a 40 minute drive away.

"This decision was made to allow law enforcement to conduct a thorough investigation of the continuing threat and ensure the safety of the campus community," the university wrote in a statement. EKU's soccer game set for Thursday has also been relocated.
