Watch: Ole Miss WR Laquon Treadwell makes one-handed catch
Mississippi's wide receiver Laquon Treadwell makes an impressive one-handed grab for a 37-yard touchdown.
Mississippi’s wide receiver Laquon Treadwell had the crowd in Oxford, Miss., in awe on Saturday, as the junior made an impressive one-handed grab for a 37-yard touchdown.
In the third quarter of Mississippi’s game against New Mexico State, quarterback Chad Kelly found Treadwell streaking along the right sideline, but appeared to have overthrown the wide-open receiver. However, with Treadwell’s athleticism he was able to make the catch with one hand and run into the end zone, giving the Rebels a 45-3 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
Treadwell, who is coming back from a broken leg last season, had eight catches for 136 yards and two touchdowns for the game.
